FACEOFF is a play-money game. Wagers use virtual points that have no cash value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, and cannot be withdrawn. FACEOFF is not a gambling service and does not accept real currency.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet that requirement and that you are using FACEOFF for personal entertainment.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Every account starts with a balance of virtual points. Points can be earned through a daily bonus and by winning head-to-head challenges against other users. When you create or accept a challenge, the wagered points are held until the challenge is settled.
Challenges are settled automatically from publicly available game results. If a game is postponed, cancelled, abandoned, or ends in a push, the challenge is voided and both players are refunded. If a result cannot be confirmed within our settlement window, the challenge is automatically voided and refunded.
Sports data and betting lines come from third-party sources and may be delayed or incorrect. We may correct, re-settle, or void a challenge affected by a data error.
Do not create multiple accounts, collude to transfer points, automate gameplay, attempt to manipulate results or the leaderboard, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove accounts, adjust point balances, and void challenges to protect the integrity of the game.
Comments and usernames must not contain harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content.
You keep ownership of the comments, feedback, and profile details you submit. You grant us permission to display that content inside the app to other users where the feature calls for it, such as trash talk on a shared challenge.
FACEOFF is provided "as is" and may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Deleting your account refunds any open challenges to both players and permanently removes your profile, challenge history, rankings, comments, and notifications.
